Having a business partner is a huge commitment, much like being in a serious relationship. You spend long days together, which typically include early mornings and incredibly late nights. Maintaining such a close relationship is integral to helping your business succeed. Many cash-strapped entrepreneurs, however, are choosing to take their business relationships to the logical next level.

One of the latest trends in entrepreneurship is moving in together, according to a recent BusinessWeek column. By sharing their living spaces with their business partners, entrepreneurs are drastically cutting back on their monthly expenses, therefore giving their startups a better shot at making it off the ground.

The column then ended with an interesting point that I think many of you might want to be aware of.

“Are venture capitalists taking note of such frugalities? Longtime Silicon Valley angel investor Ron Conway says he is: ‘I love to invest in scrappy entrepreneurs.’”

Have a great weekend!
